Synopsis
Usage:
sort(...,DegreeOrder=>x)
Inputs:

Ascending

Descending

null
Consequences:
If

is not null, first order the columns of the matrix in ascending or descending degree (depending on
x
). If
x
is null, then only use the monomial order in the sort
