If you are making a submission by just referring

by referring to some list only,
but please take
a close look at previous papers in our
journal
to see whether your submission fits our scope.
We do not charge for publication. We do not require a specific format for the files, although some form of TeX is generally preferred. Once the paper is accepted, we require the authors to change the style using our LaTeX style file under the authors' responsibility. This requirement is the same for the non-TeX style submissions (Word etc). Manuscripts must be written in English. If you wish to borrow images from published papers or books etc, you must obtain permissions from the copyright holders. If your manuscript is accepted, you may be asked to submit the permissions after acceptance. The color figures will be published in gray scale. If your manuscript has color figures, it is better to convert gray scale by yourself after acceptance.
