The scientific program of the school will start at 9:00 on February 16
and will end at 17:00 on February 18. The participants will be expected
to arrive on February 15 for registration. For the domestic participants
of the School we have reserved rooms in
St Catherine's College (University of Oxford), Kobe Institute
or
Rokko-So (1-1-14, Kitano, Chuuou-ku, Kobe 650)
from February 15 to the morning of February 19.

[From our financial condition, there is no financial support for domestic participants.
So, the payment will be done indivisually.]
