An easy way to get help or to report a bug is to go to http://sourceforge.net/projects/macaulay2 and choose the appropriate section in the 'Public areas' part of that webpage. In order to submit a feature request, support request, bug report, etc, you might need to create a sourceforge user id for yourself. This is free and easy (Choose 'create account' near the top of the top of the page).
These requests are automatically emailed to Dan Grayson and Mike Stillman, and they try to handle these requests quickly.
