Primary Decomposition Packages
This page provides packages for computing primary ideal decomposition, implementing
new algorithms described in the paper [1].
- For Risa/Asir
The package file noro_pd.rr is contained in OpenXM package (>=1.3.1-6).
This file contains a function noro_pd.syci_dec(Ideal,Vars). See [1] for its usage.
- For Singular
primdecSYCI.lib is the package file for Singular 3-1-X (X>=2).
This file contains a function primdecSYCI(ideal I).
Its usage is similar to primdecGTZ or primdecSY.
- For Macaulay2
The package file syci.m2 contains a function sycidec(I), where I is an ideal.
- Examples used in the above paper
