SyzygyLimit -- stop when this number of syzygies is obtained

Description

SyzygyLimit -- keyword for an optional argument which specifies that the computation should stop after a certain number of syzygies have computed.

Functions with optional argument named SyzygyLimit :

gb(..., SyzygyLimit => ...) -- stop when this number of syzygies is obtained
resolution(..., SyzygyLimit => ...) -- stop when this number of syzygies are obtained
syz(..., SyzygyLimit => ...) -- missing documentation
