SyzygyMatrix -- set the syzygy matrix

Description

SyzygyMatrix => h -- an option for forceGB which specifies that the columns of h are the syzygies for the Groebner basis.

Functions with optional argument named SyzygyMatrix :

forceGB(..., SyzygyMatrix => ...) -- inform Macaulay2 about the syzygy matrix
